WHO WE ARE
Vecturis Equity is a private equity investor for European businesses within the mobility space.
Backed by an entrepreneurial investor with significant interest in one of Europe’s leading mobility service providers, we are able to provide value beyond just capital. Our aim is to enable entrepreneurs to develop and scale their business.
Vecturis Equity targets mobility-related businesses in the areas of e.g. software, business services, business process outsourcing, transactional platforms, telematics, connectivity, payments, factoring, financing, logistics, EV-mobility, transportation, hardware-tech and auto-tech. Our geographical target market is Europe.
Vecturis Equity invests in profitable businesses in a variety of situations including growth, MBO/MBI and shareholder succession. On a selective basis, we also invest in ventures.
Our role is to support and enable managers while leaving entrepreneurial autonomy intact. Vecturis Equity creates value by supporting its portfolio companies with our capital, expertise and network.
MEET OUR TEAM
Matthias Hinterleitner
Managing Director
Before establishing Vecturis Equity, Matthias was an investment professional at Endurance Capital, an SME private equity investor in Munich. Prior to that, Matthias worked at Robert W. Baird and Stella Advisors as an M&A advisor in London. Matthias has significant experience in business services, technology and industrial markets.
Matthias holds an MSc in International and Corporate Finance from the University of Durham.

Florian Simnacher
Investment Associate
Prior to joining Vecturis Equity, Florian has gained significant experience from private equity roles at FSN Capital and Endurance Capital in Munich. Further he has worked in investment banking both in Munich and New York City.
Florian holds an MSc in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich with a visiting term at Fudan University in Shanghai

Martin El Shamaa
Mr. El Shamaa is senior advisor to Vecturis Equity. He is founder and managing director of Front Seven, active in home automation and swarm robotics. Before that, he was founder and managing director of STYLETRONIC Telematik, which is part of DKV Mobility Group since 2020. It is offering advanced telematics solutions as well as an IoT platform.

Volker Hichert
Mr. Hichert is senior advisor to Vecturis Equity. He is managing partner of Deutsche Private Equity (DPE). Before co-founding DPE, he spent several years as partner at SME investor Granville-Baird. Prior to that, Mr. Hichert held leading management roles at German Mittelstand companies Yxlon International, Hako Group as well as Waggonfabrik Talbot. Mr. Hichert began his career at Boston Consulting Group and Deutsche Bank.

Max-Michael Mayer
Mr. Mayer is senior advisor to Vecturis Equity. He is the founding CEO of ISVapp, the leading analytics platform for Salesforce ISV and OEM partners. Previously, he co-founded Propertybase, the worldwide leading Real Estate SaaS CRM with customers in 60+ countries. Mr. Mayer is a serial entrepreneur, investor and advisor to several companies in the SaaS space. Prior to that, he has held leadership positions at Aconex and Conject (both acquired by Oracle). He has a deep passion and expertise for the technological aspects and sales strategies of SaaS products.

Rob Schreurs
Mr. Schreurs is senior advisor to Vecturis Equity. Most recently, he was a Senior Director at one of the world’s largest freight forwarders, where he was – among others – responsible for special projects on a strategic level. Mr. Schreurs has 15+ years of experience in the logistics industry across all modes of transportation. He has led the implementation of strategically relevant new operating models and IT systems worldwide.

Stefan Theis
Mr. Theis is senior advisor to Vecturis Equity. He is chairing the investment committee and supervisory board at private equity investor capiton. Moreover, he advises growth companies and asset managers. Previously, Mr. Theis co-founded and led capiton for 15 years as partner. Prior to that, he headed the private equity business of an insurance company. Mr. Theis started his career at Deutsche Bank in equity research.

Dr. Lorenz Zwingmann
Dr. Zwingmann is senior advisor to Vecturis Equity. He holds several supervisory board mandates and advisor roles at companies in the fields of industrial applications, mechanical engineering and construction. Prior to that, he assumed several CFO positions, most recently at Marquard & Bahls AG and Knorr-Bremse AG. He also was commercial manager at Still GmbH. Dr. Zwingmann began his career at Philipps Electronics where he held several management positions.
