- Revenues of c. EUR 1-40m+
- Positive EBIT (temporarily negative EBIT possible)
- Strong cash conversion (potential)
- Companies who can benefit from scale of one of Europe’s leading mobility service providers
- Preference for scalable business models which can benefit from our network and know-how
- Equity requirements of up to c. EUR 15m
We are flexible with regards to transaction structures and can provide tailored solutions:
- Majority interests up to 100%
- Minority stakes of at least 25%
- Co-investment structures possible
- Management participation highly welcome
- Reasonable leverage possible but not mandatory
